Free community yoga is back!

The incredibly generous folks at Soccer Plant in Columbia have opened their beautiful space to us, complete with air conditioning... haha. Not quite the breeze of practicing under the trees, but definitely the next best thing.

I'm so excited to gather again to breathe, move, stretch, and simply be together. These classes have always been about community first, and I can't wait to see familiar faces and welcome new ones.

Please bring your mat, blocks, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable in your practice.

Children ages 10 and up will likely enjoy the class more than our younger friends.

I can't wait to practice with you all again.
